If you have trouble with your order, have issues using our store or there is something wrong with the products you received please email us at email@example.com. Our store staff will reply to you within 1-2 business days.
We strive to deliver the appropriate goods in flawless condition. If you however receive a wrong or faulty product, we will exchange it to a new one, or, if wanted, refund your money. All our goods have a full 14-day (counting from receiving the delivery) return and exchange policy. Please note that in order to get a refund the products need to be in flawless condition (unless the product was damaged on arrival) and unused.
When contacting us about your order please include your order number (found in the confirmation email you received from us) and a description of the issue (faulty / wrong product, lost package etc etc). That way we can make sure we can help you as fast as possible.
